The Adidas ULTRABOOST 20 is a daily trainer designed for road running, built for easy runs and long-distance training. It balances cushioning and style, making it suitable for runners who want a comfortable shoe for everyday miles at relaxed to moderate paces.

The ULTRABOOST 20 features a full-length BOOST midsole that delivers soft, plush cushioning with responsive energy return. A Torsion Spring runs through the midfoot to add support during landing and create a snappier toe-off. The ride feels bouncy and protective without being mushy, making the shoe well-suited for daily training runs, recovery days, and long outings at easy to moderate paces. While the cushioning is ample overall, most of it sits in the heel, with adequate but less pronounced cushioning in the forefoot.

The upper uses Primeknit with Tailored Fibre Placement stitching around the forefoot for added structure and lockdown. The material is breathable with good airflow, particularly through the more open knit pattern in the toe area. A padded heel collar and external 3D heel frame improve fit and security, while internal Achilles pods grip comfortably on either side of the heel. The toebox offers a less restrictive, more structured fit compared to earlier versions.

The Continental Stretchweb rubber outsole provides excellent traction in wet conditions and exceptional durability across extended use. Strategic flex grooves allow the ULTRABOOST 20 to move naturally underfoot while maintaining stability. The outsole is designed for road surfaces and paved paths.
