The Nike Pegasus 41 PRM is a neutral daily training shoe designed for road running. It serves as a workhorse trainer for easy runs and recovery sessions, built to accumulate mileage at relaxed paces.

The midsole uses full-length ReactX foam paired with two Air Zoom units in the forefoot and heel. The cushioning delivers a medium-firm ride with most softness concentrated in the heel, making the Nike Pegasus 41 PRM particularly suited for heel strikers. The forefoot Air Zoom unit provides bounce while creating some stiffness in the toe area. This setup works best for easy runs and recovery efforts, handling distances up to 25 km comfortably at relaxed training paces.

The upper features a double-layer engineered mesh that conforms to the foot with improved ventilation holes for breathability. The PRM edition includes engineered race toggle laces for quick adjustments and reflective eyelet straps and heel strips. A stiff internal heel counter provides rearfoot structure, while the gusseted, padded tongue adds comfort. The shoe offers a neutral platform with subtle heel sidewalls that guide centered landings, though it provides minimal medial support through the midfoot.

The outsole uses the Pegasus Waffle lug pattern with nearly full rubber coverage. The hard-wearing rubber compound is built to last 800 to 1000 km, with exposed midsole foam areas that resist scuffs. Small lugs provide reliable traction on roads and can handle light park trails, though the Nike Pegasus 41 PRM is optimized for paved surfaces.
