The Adidas ADIZERO BOSTON 11 has a notably firm ride that requires a break-in period of roughly 65 to 115 km before the Lightstrike Pro becomes more pliable and the overall feel improves. A rockered geometry helps unload calf muscles and encourages smooth toe-off, though the stiffness demands good calf strength, particularly during the initial wearing period.
