The Puma Velocity Nitro 3 is a neutral daily trainer built for versatile road running. It handles everything from easy mileage to tempo runs and long distances, feeling most at home at moderate to uptempo paces. The shoe works well for runners with regular to narrow feet seeking a reliable, all-around option.

The midsole combines nitrogen-infused Nitro supercritical foam over a firmer ProFoam EVA base, creating a responsive yet stable ride with solid cushioning. The dual-foam setup provides bounce without mushiness and maintains structure through long runs. A thin engineered mesh upper includes PWRTAPE medial reinforcement for added midfoot support and a secure lockdown. The PumaGrip rubber outsole delivers excellent traction on road and light trail surfaces, with full coverage that enhances both grip and durability.

Weight is 260g in EU 42.5. Stack measures 36mm heel and 26mm forefoot with a 10mm drop.
