The Puma Velocity Nitro 4 is a lightweight daily trainer built for neutral runners tackling road runs from easy recovery pace through tempo efforts. Its versatile design handles everything from short workouts to medium-distance runs, with a responsive feel that transitions smoothly across paces.

The midsole uses full-length Nitrofoam, a supercritical TPU compound that delivers lively cushioning and energy return with a firmer sensation at push-off. The PumaGrip rubber outsole provides excellent traction on wet and dry surfaces through deep flex grooves and a tacky compound. The engineered mesh upper features moderate thickness for breathability and durability, with a gusseted tongue and well-padded heel collar. The fit runs narrow through the midfoot with a snug rearfoot and wider forefoot. A small semi-rigid heel counter and substantial internal padding lock down the heel securely.

Weight is 245g in EU 42.5. Stack height measures 36mm at the heel and 26mm at the forefoot, with a 10mm drop.
