The Nike Structure 25 is a stability road running shoe designed for overpronators and runners seeking moderate support during daily training. It serves as a durable trainer for easy runs, recovery miles, and consistent mileage accumulation.

The Nike Structure 25 features a Cushlon 3.0 midsole, a traditional EVA foam that delivers a firmer ride compared to modern plush trainers. Air Zoom units in the heel and forefoot add mild bounce and responsiveness without excessive softness. The ride feels stable and predictable, best suited for easy-paced training below around 5:30 per kilometer. The firmness and weight make the Nike Structure 25 less suitable for faster workouts or tempo runs, but it excels at logging steady daily mileage and recovery sessions.

The mesh upper is breathable and airy with a well-padded heel collar and thick tongue that lock down the foot securely. A new heel clip wraps around the rearfoot to center the heel and improve stability. The NSRL Midfoot Support System provides guidance through a large medial sidewall rather than traditional posting. The fit runs true to size with a snug heel and normal forefoot width, though the midfoot can feel slightly tight. The heel counter is stiff, which may not suit those sensitive to firm rearfoot structures.

The outsole features an aggressive waffle pattern borrowed from the Pegasus line, with full rubber coverage and protruding lugs for grip. The rubber compound is hard-wearing and highly durable, showing minimal wear even after extended use. Traction performs well on wet roads and the shoe can handle light trail surfaces without issue, though it remains primarily a road trainer.
