The midsole features a full layer of FF Blast+ Eco foam paired with a PureGel insert directly beneath the heel for plush cushioning. The 4D Guidance System uses softer foam on the medial side that adapts to the foot throughout the gait cycle, providing stability without restricting natural movement. The ASICS GEL-KAYANO 30 delivers a smooth, comfortable ride ideal for easy and recovery paces, though it lacks the responsiveness needed for tempo runs or speedwork.
