The ride is stable and protective rather than bouncy or propulsive, tuned for steady aerobic paces around 5 to 6 minutes per kilometer. The Salomon AERO BLAZE 3 GRVL suits daily training for runners prioritizing control and durability over speed and energy return, performing well across varied paces from easy runs to tempo efforts.

The engineered mesh upper features sensiFIT construction and TPU overlays around the toe box for added structure and protection.
