The Puma DEVIATE NITRO 3 features a dual-layer midsole construction with softer Nitro Elite foam on top and firmer Nitro foam below, separated by a full-length PWR Plate carbon fiber insert. This nitrogen-infused foam combination delivers soft landings paired with energetic take-offs, creating a firm and quick ride rather than a bouncy one. The carbon plate provides forward propulsion without feeling harsh or overly stiff, while the early forefoot rocker geometry enables smooth transitions off the toes. The shoe performs well across multiple paces, remaining comfortable during easy runs while offering enough responsiveness for uptempo work and racing at distances from 5K to half marathon.

The engineered mesh upper offers excellent breathability and features PWR Tape overlays that provide structure and midfoot lockdown.
