The Nike Winflo 11 features Cushlon 3.0 foam paired with a full-length Nike Air unit that extends from heel to forefoot, creating a plush yet responsive ride. The soft foam and integrated air cushioning deliver smooth impact absorption and comfortable heel-to-toe transitions, making the shoe well-suited for easy runs, recovery sessions, and tempo workouts at moderate paces.
