The Nike Winflo 10 features a full-length Air unit embedded within Cushlon foam, delivering soft landings with responsive bounce. The midsole offers medium cushioning with balanced characteristics, absorbing impact effectively while maintaining a comfortable ride. This cushioning system works best for easy runs at 5:15-5:35 min/km and tempo efforts around 4:20-4:30 min/km. The foam performs well for the first 10-13 km, though noticeable compression may occur on longer outings.
