New Balance FUELCELL PROPEL V3 running shoes

The New Balance FuelCell Propel V3 is a daily training shoe for neutral runners designed for road use. It serves as a versatile, budget-friendly option suitable for everyday runs, speed work, and faster training efforts at shorter distances.

The FuelCell Propel V3 features a FuelCell foam midsole that delivers a springy, responsive ride with solid energy return. The foam provides balanced cushioning that sits between firm and plush, offering good ground feel without sacrificing comfort. The shoe picks up pace easily with a quick toe-off and forward propulsion, making it well-suited for uptempo efforts and daily training runs. The modest stack height maintains a connected-to-the-ground sensation while still providing adequate protection for road running.

The upper consists of engineered mesh with no-sew overlays for a lightweight, breathable feel. A bootie construction and structured midfoot wrap create a secure, locked-in fit, while the toe box offers room for natural toe splay. The thin tongue and lace-up closure system provide a comfortable fit without hotspots. Reflective details add visibility in low-light conditions.

The New Balance FuelCell Propel V3 uses an NDurance rubber outsole with flex grooves running from toe box to heel, promoting natural foot movement and flexibility throughout the gait cycle. The rubber compound shows strong durability with minimal wear after extended use. The outsole is designed for road surfaces and handles dry conditions effectively.
