Running shoes Mizuno WAVE RIDER TT 2

The Mizuno Wave Rider TT 2 is a neutral daily trainer for road running and smooth trails, suited to runners who land on their heels. Built for everyday training at easy to moderate paces, it offers a maximalist cushioned platform for high-arched feet.

The shoe features Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam in the midsole for soft, responsive cushioning, paired with the Wave plate made from plant-based TPU for stability and propulsion. The jacquard air mesh upper is breathable with a gusseted tongue and medium toe box. The outsole uses carbon rubber with 2mm lugs and WGrip technology for traction on varied surfaces.

Weight is 281g in EU 42.5, with a 40mm heel and 28mm forefoot stack height and a 12mm drop.
