Description
The Mizuno Wave Rider 29 is a neutral daily trainer for runners at easy to moderate paces, suitable for everything from recovery runs to long efforts on roads. Built on a full-length nitrogen-infused ENERZY NXT midsole with a PEBAX Wave Plate running from heel to midfoot, it delivers a soft, bouncy, and responsive ride with added stability. The jacquard mesh upper is breathable with a gusseted tongue and secure midfoot lockdown. The X10 carbon rubber outsole provides durable coverage across the forefoot and heel with reliable traction on wet and dry pavement.
Weight is 258g in EU 42.5. Stack height measures 38mm at the heel and 28mm at the forefoot, with a 10mm drop.
