The Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 GTX is a neutral trail running shoe for everyday training on dirt paths, trails with small rocks, and softer grass terrain. Best suited for heel strikers, it handles a range of off-road conditions with reliable versatility.

The shoe features Mizuno Wave technology for structural support and stability, combined with U4icX foam for shock absorption and forward propulsion. An EVA rock plate protects from stones underfoot. The GORE-TEX upper includes synthetic overlays in high-wear areas for durability, with a cushioned tongue to prevent debris entry. The Michelin rubber outsole has 5mm XtaRide lugs with Xtatic grooves for traction on dry and wet terrain.
