The HOKA Rincon 4 is a lightweight neutral trainer designed for daily running and speedwork on roads. It suits runners looking for a nimble shoe with good cushioning at steady paces, from shorter runs up to half marathon distances.

The midsole uses compression-molded EVA foam with a subtle rocker design, delivering firm but comfortable cushioning with moderate responsiveness. The shoe offers mild stability despite neutral marketing, thanks to a broad midfoot platform and stiff heel counter. The engineered mesh upper features ventilation holes for breathability. The rubberized EVA outsole keeps weight low but wears faster than traditional rubber.

Weight is 228g in EU 42.5. Stack height measures 36mm at the heel and 31mm in the forefoot, with a 5mm drop.
