The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 is a stability trainer for overpronators and runners needing medial support. Designed for road running and daily training at easy to moderate paces, it handles everything from recovery runs to long distances. The shoe also works for walking and all-day wear.
The DNA Loft v3 midsole is a nitrogen-infused foam that provides soft, cushioned landings with good shock absorption, though the ride is moderately firm rather than plush. GuideRails technology uses supportive sidewalls on both sides of the shoe, with a firmer medial post running from heel to midfoot to control pronation. The engineered mesh upper combines breathability with structure, featuring a padded heel counter and midfoot overlays for lockdown. The RoadTack rubber outsole delivers traction on wet roads and light gravel paths.
Weight is 283g in EU 42.5. Stack height is 39mm heel and 27mm forefoot, with a 12mm drop.
