The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 is a road running shoe designed for daily training with stability support. It targets runners who overpronate or need medial guidance during their runs, making it suitable for easy runs, long distances, and general training paces.

The midsole features DNA Loft v3 foam, a nitrogen-infused cushioning that offers a moderately firm yet comfortable feel with good shock absorption. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 provides a smooth, stable ride that works best at easy to moderate paces, though it can handle occasional tempo efforts. The foam is softer and lighter than previous versions but remains stable rather than highly responsive, prioritizing comfort and protection over energetic rebound.

The upper uses engineered air mesh that combines breathability with structure, though it can run warm in warmer conditions. A padded heel collar and stiff heel counter keep the foot securely locked in place. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 incorporates GuideRails stability technology, which features supportive sidewalls on both the medial and lateral sides of the shoe, with firmer medial reinforcement to control excessive inward rolling. A medial post runs from heel to midfoot for additional pronation support.

The RoadTack rubber outsole delivers reliable traction on wet pavement and road surfaces, with flex grooves allowing smooth transitions. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 handles light crushed gravel paths but is not intended for technical trails. Outsole durability is excellent with good rubber coverage across high-wear zones.
