The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24 GTX is a stability trainer for runners who overpronate, designed for daily road running at easy to moderate paces. The medial post and GuideRails system provide structured support through the heel and midfoot, making it suitable for recovery runs, long runs, and some uptempo efforts, though not for high-speed racing.

The midsole uses nitrogen-infused DNA Loft v3 foam with a slightly firm, protective feel that absorbs shock effectively. The GuideRails feature firm sidewalls on both sides of the shoe, with the medial side more rigid to limit inward rolling. The engineered mesh upper is breathable with a secure fit, while the RoadTack rubber outsole delivers reliable traction on wet pavement and light trails. The heel counter is stiff and well-padded, and the tongue is thick and comfortable.
