The midsole features a dual-foam construction with FF Leap foam on top and FF Blast+ as the carrier foam below, combined with a full-length carbon plate that has a forked design in the forefoot for added flexibility. This setup delivers a bouncy, responsive ride that feels softly springy during easier efforts and forcefully energetic during interval work and race-pace running.
