Description

The ASICS GT-2000 14 is a stability daily trainer for runners with moderate to high pronation control needs. Designed for road running at easy to moderate paces, it handles daily training runs, long runs, and recovery efforts. The shoe uses the 3D Guidance System for stability, relying on wide base geometry, medial sidewall support, and a laterally-biased guidance line rather than traditional posts or dual-density foam. The midsole features FF Blast Max foam for improved cushioning and energy return compared to previous versions. A small piece of PureGEL sits in the heel. The upper is engineered mesh with a gusseted tongue and secure midfoot lockdown. The outsole uses AHAR rubber with extensive medial coverage for durability and pronation control.

The GT-2000 14 weighs 269g in EU 42.5. Stack height is 36.5mm in the heel and 28.5mm in the forefoot, with an 8mm drop.
