The ASICS GEL-EXCITE 10 is a neutral daily trainer built for beginners and casual runners. It handles road and treadmill running at easy to moderate paces, delivering a smooth, comfortable ride suitable for distances up to half marathon length.
The midsole features Amplifoam+ cushioning with rearfoot GEL technology, offering balanced impact protection and a firm underfoot character. Designed for neutral pronation, the shoe has a wide, stable platform. The engineered jacquard mesh upper provides excellent breathability and a roomy, comfortable fit. The outsole uses strategically placed rubber with flex grooves, performing well on both wet and dry surfaces.
The shoe weighs 268g in EU 42.5 with a stack height of 35.2mm in the heel and 23.4mm in the forefoot. Drop is 8mm.
