Description

The ASICS GEL-EXCITE 11 is a budget-friendly daily trainer for beginners and neutral runners with moderate stability needs. Suited for road running, daily training, recovery sessions, and cross-training, it handles easy to moderate paces of roughly 5:00-7:30 min/km.

The midsole uses AMPLIFOAM PLUS foam combined with GEL technology in the rearfoot for shock absorption. The shoe features a neutral support profile with a moderately stable geometry that can accommodate mild overpronators. The upper is constructed from engineered jacquard mesh with an OrthoLite sockliner for moisture management. The FLUIDRIDE outsole provides traction on roads and light trails with even wear distribution.

Weight is 290g in EU 42.5, with a heel stack of 38.2mm, forefoot stack of 27.4mm, and 8mm drop.
