ASICS GEL-CONTEND 10 running shoes

The ASICS GEL-CONTEND 10 is a neutral road running shoe designed for daily activities and general use. It targets runners seeking comfort, durability, and versatility for regular training and everyday wear.

The midsole of the GEL-CONTEND 10 combines rearfoot GEL technology for shock absorption with AMPLIFOAM PLUS cushioning, which delivers a softer feel than standard AMPLIFOAM. This version includes an extra 2mm of foam underfoot compared to its predecessor, creating a comfortable ride suited to easy runs and daily training at relaxed paces. The OrthoLite sockliner adds another layer of cushioning while managing moisture for a cooler, drier environment.

The GEL-CONTEND 10 features an engineered mesh upper that prioritizes breathability and light weight while reducing the need for additional overlays. The neutral support platform is designed to accommodate runners with neutral foot mechanics or underpronation patterns.

The outsole uses a durable rubber compound optimized for road surfaces, providing reliable traction on pavement and consistent grip during daily training runs. The design emphasizes longevity and predictable performance across varied paved surfaces.
