Unlike the carbon-plated Adios Pro 4, the ADIZERO ADIOS 9 uses a thin nylon insert under the midfoot for subtle torsional stiffness without compromising flexibility. The moderate rocker geometry encourages smooth transitions, making the shoe feel energetic and lively at faster paces while remaining comfortable even during slower base runs. This setup suits runners who want the benefits of modern super shoe foam without the rigid snap of a carbon plate.
