The Saucony Triumph 23 features a full-length PWRRUN PB midsole, the same supercritical foam blend of EVA and PEBA found in the Endorphin Pro 4. The foam delivers a soft yet springy ride with strong energy return and good rebound, offering a balance between plush cushioning and responsiveness without feeling mushy. The 10mm drop and 37mm stack height provide ample underfoot protection while encouraging a natural heel-strike landing.
