The Salomon S/LAB GENESIS is a lightweight trail running shoe designed for ultramarathons and all-distance training on varied terrain. Best suited for runners with medium to wide feet seeking a ground-connected ride at moderate paces, it handles both technical and non-technical trails with versatile performance.

The upper features Matryx engineered mesh with aramid fiber reinforcement for durability and breathability. The midsole uses Energy Surge EVA foam delivering soft, bouncy cushioning with good ground feel, protected by a ProFeel film rock plate. Contagrip rubber covers the outsole with 4.5mm multidirectional lugs offering reliable traction on dry, wet, and muddy surfaces. The shoe includes a Quicklace system, padded sock-like tongue, and flexible heel counter for a secure yet comfortable fit.
