Running shoes Salomon PULSAR

The Salomon Pulsar is a versatile trail trainer for neutral runners, suitable for daily training at any pace, uptempo efforts, and racing up to 50K. It works well on light to moderate technical trails, dirt roads, and occasional road use.

The midsole uses Energy Surge foam (EVA and OBC blend) with a TPU Energy Blade plate for propulsion and protection while maintaining flexibility. The breathable mesh upper features SensiFit, EndoFit, and Salomon's QuickLace system for secure lockdown. The Contagrip outsole has 4mm lugs and delivers good traction on dry terrain and rocky slabs, though wet grip is limited. Stability is high for neutral runners thanks to the wide platform and TPU plate. The fit runs true to size but narrow in the toebox.

Weight is 290g in EU 42.5. Stack height is 29mm heel and 23mm forefoot with a 6mm drop.
