The Puma MEZA is a neutral road running shoe designed for everyday training runs and regular workouts. It combines Cell cushioning technology with stability features to deliver a balanced ride for runners seeking moderate support and comfort.

The midsole features Puma's Cell technology, which provides medium-level cushioning with a responsive feel suitable for daily training paces. The SOFTFOAM+ sockliner adds an extra layer of step-in comfort with enhanced thickness at the heel, while a TPU shank integrated into the midsole structure adds torsional stability through the midfoot.
