The On Cloudrunner 3 is a moderate stability road running shoe designed for daily training. It suits runners who want guidance and support without heavy correction features, making it ideal for easy runs, base building, and consistent daily mileage.

The Cloudrunner 3 uses CloudTec cushioning with Helion Superfoam for a firm, stable ride with moderate cushioning. High sidewalls create a bucket seat sensation, with the foot sitting inside rather than on top of the platform, while the wide base provides stability through geometry rather than rigid correction. The midsole feels firm with limited energy return, best suited for easy to moderate paces around 4:00 to 6:00 min/km. A minimal forefoot rocker promotes smooth, predictable transitions without aggressive propulsion.

The engineered mesh upper is breathable and durable, featuring a plush padded tongue and substantial heel collar padding for step-in comfort. An asymmetrical heel clip wraps around the heel for support, while suede overlays on the lacing eyelets add durability. The fit runs true to size with a roomy toe box and secure midfoot and heel lockdown.

The On Cloudrunner 3 outsole features enhanced rubber coverage with a low-profile, multidirectional lug pattern suited for road running. The moderately soft rubber compound provides confident traction on smooth pavement, rough asphalt, concrete, and hard-packed gravel, handling wet surfaces effectively.
