Nike ZEGAMA running shoes

The Nike ZEGAMA is a trail running shoe designed for technical terrain and long-distance adventures. Built for runners tackling demanding, challenging trails with varied conditions from roots and rocks to mud and dust.

The midsole features ZoomX foam delivering plush, bouncy, and responsive cushioning well-suited for extended trail efforts. The high stack height provides excellent protection against rough terrain underfoot while maintaining energy return on both climbs and descents. The firm yet comfortable platform supports everything from steady trail pacing to faster technical sections.

The upper is exceptionally breathable with soft, flexible material around the edges that acts as a built-in gaiter to keep debris out. The lacing system is smooth and stays securely tied throughout the run, with a finger pull at the back for easy on and off. The medium-width fit runs true to size with a spacious toe box for comfort on long outings.

The Nike ZEGAMA features an outsole with deep, claw-like lugs providing strong grip across varied terrain. Smaller lugs toward the front enhance traction on steep climbs and technical descents. The rugged design performs well in muddy conditions and most trail surfaces, though grip diminishes somewhat on slick rock. The durable construction handles repeated use on rocky, root-strewn trails.
