Mizuno NEO LUMINA running shoes

The Mizuno NEO LUMINA is a light trail running shoe designed for entry-level runners transitioning from road to off-road terrain. It balances cushioning and grip for those starting to explore park trails and easy outdoor routes.

The midsole features Mizuno Enerzy foam, which delivers soft and responsive cushioning with enhanced energy retention. Smooth Speed Assist technology reduces calf and muscle load while promoting smooth transitions and efficient running form. The Mizuno NEO LUMINA suits easy trail runs and workouts where comfort and support take priority over speed.

The upper uses breathable mesh for temperature regulation during runs. A traditional lacing system provides midfoot lock and a secure fit, while the padded heel collar adds comfort. Heel pull tabs allow for easy on and off.

The outsole combines X10 rubber with Wgrip for durability and traction across varied surfaces.
