The Brooks Hyperion 3 is a lightweight neutral road running shoe designed for versatile training from easy runs to tempo work and intervals. The rocker geometry naturally guides runners toward quicker paces, making it well-suited for steady to fast-paced training sessions rather than slow recovery efforts.

The midsole features DNA Flash v2, a nitrogen-infused foam that provides a soft, cushioned ride with good rebound. The shoe offers neutral support for runners who don't need pronation control, with a moderately stiff build and gentle stability features including a broad base and small lateral sidewalls. The upper uses a double-layer jacquard mesh with exceptional breathability, combined with a gusseted stretchy tongue and a stiff padded heel counter. The outsole features large rubber zones at the heel and forefoot with exposed foam channels in the midfoot.

Weight is 243g in EU 42.5. Stack height measures 36mm at the heel and 28mm at the forefoot, with an 8mm drop.
