The Brooks Ghost 17 GTX is a waterproof version of the popular Ghost 17 daily trainer, designed for neutral runners tackling road runs in wet and winter conditions. With a Gore-Tex membrane for weather protection, it handles easy runs, daily training, and casual wear, best suited for heel strikers and moderate paces.

The midsole uses nitrogen-infused DNA Loft v3 foam delivering balanced cushioning with modest energy return. Built for neutral pronation with a stable platform, the waterproof Gore-Tex upper offers a roomier fit than the standard Ghost 17, while the RoadTack rubber outsole features enhanced coverage and tread patterns for improved wet traction and water drainage. The extremely stiff heel counter and semi-gusseted tongue provide secure lockdown.
