Running shoes Brooks GHOST 15

The Brooks Ghost 15 is a neutral daily trainer designed for road running at easy to moderate paces. It suits beginners, casual runners, walkers, and those transitioning from traditional footwear, with particular appeal to heel strikers. The shoe is not intended for faster workouts or varied running types.

The midsole uses DNA LOFT v2 foam, a blend of rubber, air, and EVA that delivers moderate cushioning with a soft, smooth ride. The shoe provides neutral support without stability features. The engineered mesh upper includes 3D Fit Print reinforcements and offers good breathability, a secure but accommodating fit, and well-padded collar and tongue. The outsole features full-contact rubber coverage with a crash pad in the heel for durability and traction on various surfaces including wet pavement and light trails.

Weight is 278g in EU 42.5. Stack height measures 35mm at the heel and 23mm at the forefoot, with a 12mm drop.
