This super trainer bridges the gap between everyday training and race-day performance with its high-stack midsole and responsive foam blend.

The midsole features a dual-layer construction with FF Leap foam on top and FF Blast+ underneath. FF Leap is the same responsive ATPU material used in ASICS Metaspeed racing shoes, delivering a soft, bouncy, and compliant ride with strong energy return. The bottom layer of FF Blast+ adds structure and support, with a triangular medial rise for additional stability. Diamond-shaped cutouts beneath the forefoot allow independent foam compression for dynamic toe-off response. The 46.5mm heel and 38.5mm forefoot stack create a smooth, lively ride across paces, though the shoe benefits from 20 to 30 kilometres of break-in before the foam reaches its full softness. The ASICS SUPERBLAST 3 handles everything from recovery runs to marathon-pace efforts while maintaining its energetic character.

The engineered woven mesh upper offers high breathability with strategically interwoven overlays for structure.
