The GEL-VENTURE 10 features an Amplifoam midsole that offers medium-firm cushioning with improved softness compared to earlier versions. Rearfoot GEL technology absorbs impact effectively on both hard surfaces and trails. The ride feels supportive and stable rather than plush, with moderate energy return suited to easy-paced training runs and distances up to 20 km. The cushioning performs well for daily workouts but feels too soft for faster efforts.
