The midsole features FF BLAST PLUS ECO foam that delivers a responsive and comfortable ride with a balanced feel between softness and firmness. A GEL insert in the heel provides additional shock absorption, while the redesigned midsole geometry offers excellent cushioned landings and built-in stability support. The shoe's 8mm drop and mild rocker promote smooth transitions, making the ASICS GEL-TRABUCO 13 well-suited for moderate-paced trail running and endurance training rather than speed work.
