The ASICS DYNABLAST 5 is a road running shoe designed for daily training across varied paces and distances. It serves as a versatile daily trainer suitable for neutral runners from beginners to experienced athletes, handling everything from easy recovery runs to tempo efforts and long runs.

The Dynablast 5 features FF BLAST PLUS cushioning in the midsole, a lightweight foam that delivers a bouncy, energetic rebound with responsive character. The trampoline-inspired midsole geometry creates a propulsive feel that reduces fatigue during longer efforts while maintaining good ground feel. The ride balances protection with responsiveness, making it suitable for easy runs, steady-state training, and light tempo work. The removable OrthoLite X-30 sockliner adds moisture-wicking comfort and allows for orthotic swapping.

The upper uses engineered jacquard mesh construction that provides soft, breathable coverage with excellent ventilation even in warm conditions. The material resists stretching and tearing through extended use. The fit runs true to size with a medium width and sock-like feel, featuring a semi-gusseted tongue and extended heel collar for secure lockdown. The shoe offers neutral support without motion control features.

The ASICS DYNABLAST 5 uses AHAR LO outsole rubber, a lighter-weight high abrasion compound with horizontal and vertical groove patterns. It provides solid traction on asphalt and concrete with adequate grip on light gravel and park trails. The flexible forefoot allows natural toe-off during the gait cycle.
