The Adidas Duramo 10 performs best at relaxed training paces and distances up to 6-7km per outing, though it also serves well for walking and light gym work.

The upper uses a mesh construction with perforations for breathability and no-sew overlays for support around the lace holes and midfoot. The fit runs true to size with a normal heel and midfoot hold, though the forefoot can feel slightly narrow and may require a short break-in period of around 25km to stretch and soften. A wide width option is available for those needing extra room. The padded heel area and protective tongue add comfort during extended wear.
