The Salomon Aero Glide 3 GRVL is a road-to-trail daily trainer designed for easy runs on roads, gravel paths, dirt roads, and light trails. Best suited for easy miles, long runs, and recovery days on smooth terrain. Not intended for technical trails or muddy conditions.

The midsole features Energy Foam EVO, an expanded bead eTPU foam with a deep central cutout for softness and bounce, combined with Reverse Camber geometry for smooth transitions. The Gravel Contagrip outsole uses shallow 2mm chevron lugs around the perimeter with hexagonal dots under the forefoot for grip on dry gravel and light trails. The upper is 3D breathable mesh with a fully gusseted neoprene tongue that prevents lace bite and keeps debris out. Neutral support for runners with neutral pronation. OrthoLite insole included.

Weight is 275g in EU 42.5. Stack height is 40mm heel and 32mm forefoot with an 8mm drop.
