The Mizuno Wave Daichi 7 is a neutral trail running shoe for runners tackling varied off-road terrain, from light trails and paths to softer grass conditions. With its 8mm drop, it works best for heel strikers looking for a versatile all-rounder suitable for both training and light racing.

The shoe features Mizuno Wave technology in the midsole for structure and stability, combined with U4icX foam for shock absorption and EVA cushioning. An EVA rock plate provides underfoot protection from rocks and stones. The upper uses breathable AIRmesh material with synthetic overlays in high-wear areas for durability, plus a cushioned tongue to keep debris out. The outsole is made from Michelin rubber with 4mm lugs for traction on dry and wet terrain.

Weight is 300g, stack height is 28mm, and the heel-to-toe drop is 8mm.
