The Brooks Cascadia 19 is a versatile trail running shoe designed for daily runs on varied terrain, suitable for distances from training runs to ultramarathons and even hiking. Its stable platform and comfortable cushioning work well for easy to moderate paces on light to moderate technical trails.

The shoe features DNA Loft v3 nitrogen-infused foam in the midsole, delivering responsive cushioning with a stable, grounded feel. A Trail Adapt rock plate provides underfoot protection while maintaining flexibility. The TrailTack Green rubber outsole has 3.5-4mm lugs with multi-directional patterns for reliable traction on dirt, gravel, and rocky surfaces. The breathable engineered mesh upper includes a padded gusseted tongue and extended toe cap for protection. Designed for neutral pronation.
